Dashboards

Event Day Scanning

This dashboard provides an overview of attendance, entry trends and scans by ticket type. This can be used on event day to see how many people are in the venue and how many to come. This can be viewed by over 18/under 18 as well as ticket type (i.e. there are 10 VIP tickets in the venue).

Attendance Additional Insights

This dashboard provides insights not previously available through the reporting dashboard, including the demographics (age, gender, location) of people who have attended the event. It also provides an overview of key metrics, and scans by time. 

Scan Audit

This report provides the details of all scans and the associated individuals. It also shows the tickets that were not scanned (those that have a blank Scan ID).
