Introducing the On Sale Monitoring Dashboard in Insights. This real-time dashboard tracks ticket sales, conversion rates, and user activity during live on-sales, providing data-driven insights to optimize pricing, communications, and sales strategies. By enabling smarter, timely decisions, it maximizes revenue potential and enhances event sales performance, giving stakeholders more in-the-moment information to drive successful on sales.
Why (use it):
- Track real-time sales for actively on-sale events to determine the overall performance of the on sale and the timing of any comms or other on-sale actions, eg: tiered pricing releases.
- Monitor active user activity across events and stages of the purchase flow to predict ticket releases, final sell out or see where your users are most active to educate comms if required.
Who (uses it):
- Promoters - To monitor the performance of their event on sales live directly in their Control Room account.
- Venue Managers - To monitor and report to external stakeholders live on sale updates and performance.
