What does it do?
The Booking Transaction dashboard details at the Ticket level, the complete Purchase and Post-Purchase Order history across Events within that client account.
It includes a number of key fields attached to each Order, such as Purchaser ID & Email, Transaction Date & Type, Ticket Type & ID, Unit Sales/Discount/Net Sales and ALL Fees and Loadings broken out.
PLEASE NOTE: This report will ONLY display data for the Events which are owned by the client account. Shared events will NOT be displayed.
Why use it?
- Troubleshooting - the dashboard includes filters such as 'Order ID', Ticket ID and Purchaser ID, to allow the user to do a quick transactional search for a given Event.
- Sales, Fees & Loadings Reconciliation - as the dashboard includes ALL Sale, Fee & Loading fields, it is ideal to use for full financial reconciliations.
Who uses it?
- Event Owners - the dashboard is perfect for event owners to troubleshoot any purchase or post-event enquires.
- Finance - as the dashboard includes all Sales (net & gross) and Fee and Loading splits at the transaction level, it is an ideal resource for Finance and Admin teams.
