Box Office Sales

What does it do?

This dashboard provides a breakdown on sales completed via the Moshtix Box Office across events that are occurring present and past. Allowing clients to accurate track sales volumes and trends separately from online sales for targeted tracking and reconciliation. It also provides views for sales by ticket type and by Box Office agent to help assist with order tracking and troubleshooting. 

Why use it?

• Targeted Tracking - Using the Box Office Sales Dashboard will allow you to monitor the volume of tickets sold discreetly through the Box Office Channel by Ticket Type and by the Box Office Agent processing the order.
• Reconciliation - The Box Office Sales Dashboard will display a breakdown of the funds taken by Cash and by Card. It will also display the refunds issued against each Ticket Type and Event.

Who uses it?

• Venue Owners - Using the Dashboard assists Venue owners manage staffing and other venue specific requirement on Event day.
• Finance & Admin - as the dashboard provides the Total Box Office Sales processed (split by Cash & Card) it is an ideal resource for Finance and Admin teams for reconciliation purposes.
