What does it do?
This dashboard provides insights not previously available through the reporting dashboard, including the demographics (age, gender, location) of people who have attended the event. It also provides an overview of key metrics, and scans by time.
Why use it?
Brief stakeholders on attendance demographics - Stakeholders like the police, or organisations that provide grants, can use this information.
Marketing planning - Review similar historical events to plan for upcoming events - where is the gap between people who bought a ticket and who attended? Can extra driving be done in these areas to increase attendance?
Who uses it?
Venue Manager - To report to external stakeholders on actual attendance, to plan for future shows regarding staffing.
Bar Manager - Stocking the bar for future events with appropriate stock, and planning staff rosters for future events.
