What does it do?
This provides the details of all scans and the associated individuals. It also shows the tickets that were not scanned (those that have a blank Scan ID).
Why use it?
View details of who attended the event - You can target these people for future events similar to the one they attended, or send satisfaction surveys.
View non-attendance individual details - Understand who did not come, and target these people with future activations to encourage attendance.
Who uses it?
Venue Manager - Confirm if a scan has happened on a ticket or not. and who attended when.
Marketing - Tailor activations and emails to specific groups of people.
