What does it do?

This dashboard provides an overview of attendance and entry trends, as well as scans by ticket type. This can be used to forecast for future events, or on event day to see how many people are in the venue and how many to come. This can be viewed by over 18/under 18 as well as ticket type (i.e. there are 10 VIP tickets in the venue). 

Why use it?

Numbers in the venue - Confirm how many people are in the venue, report to stakeholders (security, police, etc)

Understand scanning trend - What time is busiest? Is the busiest period yet to come? How many more people are expected to turn up?

Who uses it?

Venue manager - Report on how many people are in the venue, plan future door & set times and staffing times.

Bar staff - Gauge when the bar will be busy.
