Sales By Location

1) Log In to your Moshtix Control room. Not sure how? See our helpful, 'How to Log In' guide here.

2) Once logged in, navigate to Reports > Insights via the menu on the left hand side.

3) At The top of the page will be a search box and a green Explore All with a down arrow. Click or tap Explore All.

4) A list of popular items should appear with a tsb above called Sales to the right. Click Sales. 

5) A list of Sales reports will show beneath. Click Sales By Location. 

6) On the Sales By Location page, there will be a Heatmap, Sales by Age, Sales by Gender and Tickets By Area. To zoom in or out on the interactive heatmap, use the highlighted in red controls.

7) A view to see how the heatmap clears when zoomed in.

8) To filter by an event in this list through all of the above insights, click on an event. To go back to a view of all events, click the X on the right side of the event.
