Sales By Ticket Type

1) Log In to your Moshtix Control room. Not sure how? See our helpful, 'How to Log In' guide here.

2) Once logged in, navigate to Reports > Insights via the menu on the left hand side.

3) At The top of the page will be a search box and a green Explore All with a down arrow. Click or tap Explore All.

4) A list of popular items should appear with a tsb above called Sales to the right. Click Sales. 

5) A list of Sales reports will show beneath. Click Sales By Ticket Type. 

5) On the Sales By Ticket Type page, you will need to specify an event. Choose the event from the event picker in these steps:

• Click the red highlighted Event input box that says ‘value required.’

• Click the red highlighted ‘Value Required’ input box to drop down a list of events.

• Select your event from the list. You can choose multiple by going through this step again.

• Once an event is chosen, click the green reload symbol on the top right of the screen.

6) After the page has finished loading, the first set of insights are Sales By Date, Orders by Age Tier and Orders By Gender.

7) Further down will be Tickets by Ref Code and Orders by Offer Code

7) The final insight will be a list of Sales by Ticket Type.

8) To filter by an event in this list through all of the above insights, click on an event. To go back to a view of all events, click the X on the right side of the event.
