Bulk Offer Code Upload

Import .csv files of offer codes directly into your events quickly using our self-service import tool.

1) Log In to your Moshtix Control room. Not sure how? See our helpful, 'How to Log In' guide by clicking here.

2) Once logged in, either create a new event or select the event in your list you wish to create your offer codes for. 

3) Navigate to the TICKET DETAILS tab. 

4) Create the 'parent' offer code. This is what the system will use to duplicate. 

• Enter in all dates and settings that will apply to the unique offer codes – eg;

5) Save the Event

6) Click the import icon on the 'parent' offercode

7) Select the .csv file

• If the import file has headings, select "Data has headers"

8) Click Choose Columns

• Drag and drop to match the columns in the file to match the required fields. 

9) Click Import

• You will receive an email if the import was successful or if it needs to be reviewed and re-uploaded.

Offercode Import: 

• CSV file type.
  • Mandatory Column: Offer Code
  • Event ID is inferred from the Manage Event page where offer codes are created
  • Parent code is inferred from the Offer Code where the upload icon is clicked.
