Opt In/Subscriber Data - Account Holder

Opt In/Subscriber Reporting via Insights for Events hosted in your account. 

1) Log In to your Moshtix Control room. Not sure how? See our helpful, 'How to Log In' guide here.

2) Once logged in, navigate to Reports > Insights via the menu on the left hand side.

3) At The top of the page will be a search box and a green Explore All with a down arrow. Click or tap Explore All.

4) A list of popular items should appear with a tab above called Audience to the right. Click Audience.

5) A list of Audience reports will show beneath. Click Purchasers by Order.

6) The report displayed lists all purchases for all of your events by Order Number.

7) To filter by an event in this list click Filters, select then Event ID and click RUN.

8) You can then export this data following the below steps.
