Sales By Payment Type

1) Log In to your Moshtix Control room. Not sure how? See our helpful, 'How to Log In' guide here.

2) Once logged in, navigate to Reports > Insights via the menu on the left hand side.

3) At The top of the page will be a search box and a green Explore All with a down arrow. Click or tap Explore All.

4) A list of popular items should appear with a tsb above called Sales to the right. Click Sales. 

5) A list of Sales reports will show beneath. Click Sales By Payment Type. 

6) The first report on the page will be a default 30 day pay and set to LatitudePay / GenoaPay with a list of stats beneath. You can filter by these list items both on this list and the below list.

7) Further down will be insights into Sales By Date, Usage, Order $ Impact, Order Tix Impact, Uptake By Age, Uptake By Gender and Top Events. You can filter by Top Events as shown below.

8) To filter by an event in this list through all of the above insights, click on an event. To go back to a view of all events, click the X on the right side of the event.
