Before adding a pixel, you must have your account and tracking set up with TikTok - if you haven't used TikTok before, please review their Support Information on how to get started.
What to expect:
For TikTok, you have the option of third party tracking or our Conversion API server side tracking solution.
Third party:
- Your pixel ID should be made up of uppercase letters and numbers, and will not include any special characters or spaces
- Example - C7AB1CD2EFG2H3I0JKL0
Conversion API (Optional):
- This requires an additional API Token that you can generate within the TikTok platform. In TikTok, go to Events Manager and follow the steps in their Support Information under "Option 1: Directly in Events Manager [Recommended]"
Adding a TikTok Pixel
-
- Click on '+ Pixel ID'
-
Select which event you want this pixel to apply to using the dropdown.
- Or, Enable this pixel to be applied to all events.

- Click Save
Your TikTok Pixel is now saved and active and you will begin receiving data into your TikTok account. Added pixels can also be edited and deleted.
