Before adding a pixel, you must have your account and tracking set up with Snapchat - if you haven't used Snapchat before, please review their Support Information on how to get started.
What to expect:
For Snapchat, you have the option of third party tracking or our Conversion API server-side tracking solution.
Third-party:
- Your pixel ID should be in the format XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX
- Example - 1ab2345c-06d0-7891-a2b3-c45678de910f
Conversion API (Optional):
- This requires an additional API Token that you can generate within the Snapchat platform. In Snapchat, log in to Ads Manager and click on "Business Dashboard" in the top left menu. Follow the steps in their Support Information under "What are the Auth requirements for using the Conversions API?"
Adding a Snapchat Pixel
