Creating a Buy 1 Get 1 Free ticket offer can be a powerful promotion to boost ticket sales for your event. This can be setup in anyway you like such as buy 1 get 1 free or buy 2 get 2 free etc. The below guide will walk you through how to build this.

Create a New Ticket:

1. Build a new ticket.
2. For the pricing you need to work out what the price would be per ticket so for example if I was running a buy 1 get one free and the normal ticket cost is $50. I would set the price per ticket as $25.
3. Click on Advanced options.
4. You want to set the minimum amount of tickets required as the number of tickets part of this offer.
5. Set the max per order and customer to the maximum amount of tickets they should be able to purchase as part of this offer
6. If you want to allow customers to buy multiple groups of this offer you can set the increment to multiples of the offer.
