How to set up Offer/Promo Codes

Provide promotional discounts, early access to specified ticket types and more.

1) Log In to your Moshtix Control room. Not sure how? See our helpful, 'How to Log In' guide here.

2) Once logged in, either create a new event or select the event in your list you wish to add Offer Codes to.  

3) Once your ticket types are created, scroll down the page and you will find the offer codes feature. 

4) When you expand this feature and click on NEW OFFER CODE you will see that you have a number of options when creating your code(s). 

• Enter the offer code you wish to use.
• Limit the number of tickets that your offer code can be redeemed on via maximum allocations. 
• Limit the dates during which your offer code is valid via offer period.
• Choose what your offer code will do.
• Apply your offer code to the applicable ticket type(s).  

Once you have filled in the above and saved your work, we recommend testing your offer codes to ensure they work as you require before doing any mail outs etc. 

Below is an example of how you can set up your offer codes. When the code is entered, a discount can be applied, a hidden ticket can be revealed or a ticket not yet on sale can be purchased. 

Apply discount - use code DISCOUNT

Reveal hidden ticket - use code REVEAL

Allow early purchase - use code EARLY
