To begin with, you'll need establish the size and style of assets required for the template you'd prefer. Generally the three-fold is used which requires an event asset with dimensions 700x320, however both options can be found here: Event Artwork Specifications - Custom PDF Tickets
1) Log In to your Moshtix Control room. Not sure how? See our helpful, 'How to Log In' guide here.
2) Once logged in, navigate to Account > Ticket Templates via the menu on the left hand side.
Under Email Ticket templates section, you'll see all templates currently installed or in use for your profile.
If there are no templates already, then the Moshtix default will be applied to all events.
This screen is where you'll create new templates but then to assign them, you'll go to the 3rd menu heading Manage Templates.
To start a new template, click New Template.
Give your template a name to the event, ticket type or year of use. Keeping in mind, you may have the same event in the future so anything to differentiate between templates will help in the future. Then you can also choose either Three fold or Four fold depending on your preference and the asset you have prepared.
Then a new box will appear asking you to select the asset or image from your files. Once selected, you'll see the asset on your screen under images. You can then click Save Template to complete, then you'll see the new template now appearing in your list of templates.
Head to the Manage templates menu where you'll find a list of all events in your profile currently on sale.
The pencil icon on the far right will allow you to open the specific event and then assign the template to each ticket type. Once all ticket types have the relevant template assigned, then you can click Save Template - please check all have saved correctly.
Important notes:
- Each email ticket in the event must have the template selected from the dropdown before saving to be successfully changed. Remember to access the event again to check the templates saved successfully.
- Only assign the 'Email ticket templates' and ignore the Hard tickets selections (unless using hard tickets).
- Ensure the very first Email Ticket template default also has your template assigned so that any new tickets built will taken on the new template.
- The Hard Ticket template menu option can also be ignored unless using Hard Tickets
- If using Digital tickets, you do not need to assign ticket templates.
