What: Questionnaires allow clients to collect information from customers during checkout. Questions can be targeted to specific ticket types, only appearing when the relevant ticket type is in the customer's order.
Why: Streamline the checkout experience by surfacing only relevant questions, reducing friction for customers who do not need to answer them.
Who: Best for festivals with camping or add-on tickets, racing events with food and beverage packages, and any event where different ticket types require different customer information.

- Limit of 3 questions per type - multiple choice, single choice or open-ended.
- Ticket type targeting is optional. If no ticket type is set on a question, it displays for all orders (existing behaviour unchanged).
