1) Log In to your Moshtix Control room. Not sure how? See our helpful, 'How to Log In' guide here.
2) Once logged in, navigate to Events > Refunds & Exchanges via the menu on the left hand side.
3) In the drop down menu next to Event, start typing in the name of the Event you wish to facilitate a refund for. Then, enter the customers email address and click on Find. If you have been provided with the correct email address then the order should appear at the bottom like below.
4) Click on the grey circle to the far right of the order, then Show Order.
5) Use the tick boxes on the right hand side to either select the entire order or individual ticket types to refund. Fill in your location & refund reason (for your records) and select Process Refund.
N.B: Never use Cancel without Refund or Mark as Refunded
(Please speak to your client manager if you need to cancel tickets without refund for any reason)

6) You should then see a refund successful message in green appear in the top left corner.
- Click on Report>Reporting Dashboard via the menu on the left hand side.
- Change the Report Type to Returns.
- Click on Selected Events & input your event in the drop down menu.
- Click Display Report.
