This guide is for users who have already been granted Partner Access to another Clients Moshtix Control Room.
Once you've been granted Partner Access to another Moshtix Account, this guide walks you through what you can do next. Whether you're creating new events, editing existing ones, reporting on shared data, or building a tour, this article explains how to navigate those tasks within the partner’s Control Room. How to create events within an accessible account:
- From within your Moshtix Control Room, click your account name and search the partner account.
- Click the account name to enter their Control Room.
- You are only able to see events you have been added to.
- Click Create New and complete the Event Build
- Click "Submit for Approval" or "Go Live"
- You are only able to submit events for approval, Once approved by the accounts own admins the event will be live.
How to edit events within an accessible account:
- From within your Moshtix Control Room, click your account name and search the partner account.
- Click the account name to enter their Control Room.
- You are only able to see events you have been added to.
- Select the event you want to edit.
- Clicking "Save & Continue" commits your changes
Note: If the event you are editing is already approved and Live, All changes made are published immediately without need for approval.
How to report on shared events:
- Click Reporting > Insights
- Select any Insights Dashboard (Excluding Booking History - This data is not shared)
- Click the Filter Icon and search the shared event.
All shared events are including in Insights reporting data, with the exception of the Booking History report. Learn more about Insights: Insights - Client Dashboards
How to Build a Tour Using Partner Access
- Create your event/s within your own Control Room.
(Tip - Utilise the duplicate event function to copy event templates and edit details) - Once the event/s are created, Click the hamburger menu for an event. Select Move.
Events that have already been put live and on sale cannot be moved. - Search for the account you want to move the event into.
Only accounts where you have been granted Create access are able to be searched and selected. - Move the event, This creates the event within the chosen account as Unapproved and will then be available for review and approval.
