This article is for Moshtix account owners who want to give trusted partners like promoters or artist teams access to collaborate on events within their Control Room. You'll learn how to grant access, choose what events they can see, and manage permissions. If you've already been granted access and need help using it, check out our guide [How to Use Partner Access: Once You've Been Granted Access].
Access is granted in a hierarchy, Granting access to create events, automatically grants access to also edit and report on that new event, and, granting access to edit an event automatically grants reporting access.

FAQs
Why can I search by a user address but only add access for an account?
The user email search is there to make it faster and simpler to locate the partner account that you want to grant access to, It does not grant access to individual users.
Can I only grant access to promoters?
This feature allows you to grant access to any partner account who also uses Moshtix, This can be primarily promoters but also any other team that you are collaborating with on your events.
How do I control the content being created and edited on my events?
If you have granted access for a partner to create an event, then an admin within your account must review and approve the event before it is published live.
Edits made to a live event are published when saved, if you do not want anyone outside of your organisation making edits, then you can revoke access after the event is created and before it is put live.
How do I grant reporting access for non admin users?
If you have granted access to another event organizer to create or edit, or report on your event/s, only Admin users will have access to create, edit or report. If you wish to grant wider reporting access (to non admin users) see 'Granting access to report on events in insights'
Can I move an event from my Control Room to a partner?
Yes, once you've created the event
