Ticket Request: Unlock Early Demand Insights and Stress-Free Sales
Ticket Request gives fans the ability to secure tickets before the public on-sale, creating a smoother, more secure purchase experience while providing organisers with real-time demand data to optimise pre-sales and drive faster sell-outs.
How it works:
- Fans submit a ticket request and authorise payment, which is automatically processed if the request is successful.
- Requests are fulfilled within 7 days. If unsuccessful or cancelled, funds are released (allowing for standard bank processing times).
- Available during pre-onsale periods to help accelerate sales and improve forecasting.

Requirements & Limitations
Ticket Request only supports card, ApplePay and GooglePay payment methods. BNPL & paypal are not supported.
- Payment Methods are pre-authorised and funds are held when the request is submitted. They will be released if the Request is unsuccessful or the payment method declines for any reason. Processing time for releasing funds is subject to the individual Banks
- Ticket Request does not guarantee fans that submit a request, tickets. This feature allows fans to increase their chances of securing tickets before on sale if tickets are still available. Subject to availability.
- Ticket Requests where the payment method fails, will not be retried and will be cancelled. Fans will need to either submit another request or purchase during an on sale.
How do I enabled Ticket Request for my Event?

How do I fulfill Ticket Request orders?
Ticket Request is a fully managed, white-glove service delivered by the Moshtix team.
Ticket Request order fulfilment is managed by our team and will be based on the agreed requirements for your event. Order fulfilment is not guaranteed and is subject to availability of tickets.
What payment methods does Ticket Request support?
Ticket Request only supports card, ApplePay and GooglePay payment methods. BNPL & paypal are not currently supported.
