3 key highlights
- Flexibility to report on specific data that is most valuable to the client
- Automate processes for finance and marketing, by scheduling relevant department emails to specific contacts
- Receive automated updates for on-sales or scanning during periods where they don't have time to log into the control room.
Limitations
- Reports cannot be grouped together, so in order for multiple reports to arrive at the same time, they must be configured individually.
- Scanning reports can often be delayed when MoshFest scanning solution is used so bare this in mind when scheduling scanning reports.
Examples
On-Sale Reporting
- Scheduling a General Sales Summary report that sends to all client stakeholders every 15 minutes during a major on-sale to save time for both Moshtix staff and for the client.
Month-End Reporting
- Scheduling a monthly Booking Transaction report to client finance teams can allow for convenient reconciliation, particularly for Third Party Merchant clients.
FAQ
- Q: Can I receive multiple reports on the same schedule?
- A: Yes you can, however these need to be configured individually and will be sent in multiple emails.
- Q: Can I hide confidential information from specific recipients?
- A: All Scheduled Reports exactly match the reports that are found in the Reporting Dashboard. Ensure you are aware of what data is in each report before you schedule them. It is recommended to keep any financial reports or reports that include sensitive customer data to internal recipients only.
